I ordered 16 of these for a small inn. Several immediately stopped working. CD players on others skip constantly for no reason, even with new CD's. Phones are poor quality. Volume is very low. Not worth buying, we have to replace many.

I received this as a christmas gift after begging for it. However, I am not pleased. After the order finally came, it worked really well for less than 60days. The radio tuner and the CD Player stopped working for no reason. After contacting the company they told me to return it to my local Target. Target was great by giving me a store credit but I am very leary of purchasing another item.

I have had this item for 5 months and the alarm function is not working! Also the CD volume is not very loud. Needless to say, 5 months later I do not have the receipt and cannot return it to a local Target store and Target.com (Coby) will not let me return it to them because it's past the 90 day warranty period. They will not even take it back to try and fix it or send me a new one knowing I've only had it for 5 months! Don't buy!!
